Emergency service delivery
Emergency works are carried out by qualified electricians.
Senior electrician oversight is available during attendance where required.
Emergency attendance is focused on making the situation safe and secure.
Emergency work is limited to making safe unless further work is agreed.
Follow-up work is quoted separately and scheduled for the next working day.
Payment terms
Charges are explained before attendance or on arrival.
Invoices are issued during the emergency visit.
Payment is due immediately upon completion of the emergency visit.
Non-payment may result in suspension of further work.
Summary
Our emergency service is designed to respond quickly and make electrical faults safe. Pricing and payment expectations are always communicated clearly, and no work is carried out without your approval. If additional work is needed beyond the emergency make-safe, this is discussed, quoted, and scheduled separately.
